Hello! My name is Brianne and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the States of New Hampshire and Maine who provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults. I am highly trained and skilled in evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, Trauma Informed Care, and DBT certified.
In 2008, I graduated from Antioch University New England in Keene with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. Over the past 17 years, I have enjoyed working clinically with children, teens, and families in a variety of settings which include specialized school, public school, emergency services, inpatient psychiatric treatment and intensive outpatient.
Throughout our lifetime we are faced with challenging situations that oftentimes feel unmanageable. Maybe you have been experiencing depression, anxiety or anger for a long period of time. Or you may want to seek help for a chronic illness that is interfering with your emotional or physical well-being. Perhaps you need help navigating short-term problems such as a major life transition. Whatever the circumstance, when we feel stuck and uncertain, underprepared, and have a hard time managing day-to-day tasks, it results in feelings of failure and hopelessness. It is my goal through therapy to support you through these hard moments in your life and teach you skills to effectively manage stressors and build resilience, so you can improve the quality of life you live.
During my free time, I enjoy watching my children participate in sports and doing what they love to do. I am very active and love exploring the wilderness and all things outdoors. Fall is my absolute favorite season to sit outside by a lake, observing the quiet and stillness, just being one with nature. This is what truly brings me peace and allows my mind to reset.
I look forward to supporting you along this journey!
