With this amazing thing we call “life”, comes many challenges and obstacles that often hinder our ability to be productive in our daily lives. We get caught up in our same old patterns of thinking and behaving as they are familiar, safe, and routine. Change can be uncertain, scary, hard, and often comes from a tendency to see it as a problem rather than an opportunity for learning and growing. My belief is that your emotional, psychological and social well-being is just as important as your physical health, so it's time we start to prioritize it at every stage of life. My goal through therapy is to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental, trustworthy and collaborative care while creating a safe and welcoming space that promotes healing, growth, comfort and safety to be your genuine self. I believe strongly in authenticity, transparency and self-expression in my practice so I can help my clients discover who they truly are and gain confidence to navigate life more successfully. Also, to help individuals gain a better understanding that mental health problems do not define who we are, they are experiences. It is through our experiences that we are able to grow and find our purpose, ultimately finding direction in a life that's worth living.
